Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for completing all tasks related to concrete repair and decorative finishes using epoxy, polyurea with flakes, or cementitious polyurethane coatings.
More Specifically, You’ll:
- Perform minor concrete repairs (cracks, surface patches, etc.)
- Help develop solutions for more complex repair challenges (levelling, breaks, holes, deep cracks, etc.)
- Properly prep surfaces (sanding/scarifying, coating application, mixing, etc.)
- Apply various finishes (epoxy, polyurea flake systems, cementitious polyurethane, etc.)
- Work closely with teammates/supervisor (2 to 4 people)
- Follow all safety standards for yourself and your team
- Keep tools maintained and job sites organized and clean

- Naturally skilled with tools and hands-on tasks
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Quick to learn and motivated
- Enjoys teamwork and collaboration
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Familiar with basic safety rules on job sites

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in concrete finishing or other manual trades like painting, renos, or construction (major asset)
- Availability to work in the Montérégie, Estrie, and the Greater Montreal Area
- Valid driver’s licence
- Access to a vehicle (asset)
- CCQ apprentice cement finisher card (asset)
